The role involves managing a significant surgical volume and contributing to a network of over 415 ophthalmologists and optometrists. The practice is well-equipped with full staff and EHR, offering partnership opportunities after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years for residents/fellows. Position Summary

Responsibilities
Candidate should be Board certified or Board eligible and willing to work with current medical staff to manage an already established significant surgical volume.
