Role Summary

The Conveyors Offline Lead oversees manual or semi-automated conveyor operations that occur outside main production lines, such as rework, sorting, or specialty pack handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead team in oSline sorting, stacking, and transfer operations.

Maintain workflow eSiciency and product integrity.

Verify counts and pack order accuracy.

Communicate with Supervisors on rework priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

2–4 years experience in conveyor or packaging operations.

Leadership or training experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Prolonged standing and repetitive handling.

Exposure to conveyor noise and movement.
