Role summary
MISUMI Americas is seeking a Senior AI Growth Engineer to design and build the AI-driven acquisition infrastructure that powers customer acquisition. This builder role involves creating automated systems for audience modeling, enrichment pipelines, personalization logic, and multi-touch campaign automation. Responsibilities include mining data for high-propensity customer segments, leveraging AI for audience enrichment, integrating the marketing technology stack (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, experimentation tools), and building experimentation infrastructure. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales teams. The compensation range is $180,000 - $215,000 USD.

The Senior AI Growth Engineer builds the systems that power customer acquisition at MISUMI Americas. This is a builder role: the person who designs and ships the automated, AI-driven acquisition infrastructure — audience models, enrichment pipelines, personalization logic, and multi-touch campaign automation — that the demand generation function runs on.
