About the Role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll support the operational and analytical backbone of Figure's pricing function, encompassing consumer loan pricing and commercial pricing models. Working closely with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead, you'll execute day-to-day pricing operations and assist in customizing pricing strategies across Figure's partner network. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who wants to build deep fluency in loan pricing mechanics while contributing to a growing strategic function.

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
