Role summary

FirstSteps is seeking a full-time BCBA for their Walnut Creek center. This clinician-led ABA organization offers a manageable caseload (typically 12-14 children) and a supportive environment focused on clinical work. The role involves direct client and family support, leading clinical teams of 7-12 RBTs, making individualized clinical decisions, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Practice with autonomy and clear expectations. Full-time BCBAs have a monthly expectation of 115 billable hours, with additional clinical performance incentives available.

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$95,000 annual salary, depending on experience
