Your Role

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients achieve optimal outcomes. You’ll work with a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses.

What you’ll do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

Deliver care that includes manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation

Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure seamless, team-based care

Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs tailored to long-term recovery and prevention

Document patient progress using Clinicient

Participate in professional development through in-services, CEUs, and ongoing learning opportunities

About You

In compliance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, this range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Pay Range$85,000—$100,000 USD
