With over 10 years in the facility maintenance industry, we have grown from a company of one to a team of 40+ employees — including service technicians, office support staff, and sales representatives.

The Role

We are seeking a Door Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of service calls for our commercial customers. Working safely and efficiently, you will install, maintain, and repair high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, gates, dock levelers, and related equipment.

Compensation

Sylvester's Maintenance and Mechanical offers competitive pay commensurate with experience. Specific compensation details, including hourly rate or salary range, will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Pay range: $26-$48 per hour.
