Role summary
Gehl Foods is seeking a 2nd Shift FSQ Technician to join their growing food and beverage manufacturing team. This role involves executing quality monitoring, physical and chemical testing, and ensuring food safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of QA experience in the food or beverage industry, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Now Hiring: FSQ Technician
Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift/2pm - 10:30pm
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines
- Execute physical and chemical testing
- Execute postproduction testing
- Execute pre-operation routines
- Execute CIP validation utilizing allergen swabs
- Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples
- Execute review and approval of food safety and quality records
- Execute verification routines for pre-requisite records and programs
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping of FSQ Lab area
What You’ll Need
- At least 1 year of experience in a QA function within food or beverage manufacturing industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
