Role summary

GoPro Consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a full-remote, contract position. The role involves sourcing and matching qualified candidates using various platforms, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Collaboration with Project Managers to ensure candidate quality is key. Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience with technical recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous. The ideal candidate is target-driven, outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable with interviews and professional networking.

Category: IT Services Location: GoPro Consultancy is urgently looking for a (Senior) IT Recruiter to enlarge the recruitment team in Colombo. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying candidates to suit our needs by using different platforms to conduct thorough research. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the quality of our candidates. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Tasks and Responsibilities

Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, professional media channels, job boards, and other resources;

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants;

analyzing responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements;

Maintain effective relationships with professional networks to source qualified candidates;

Cold call candidates to gauge their interest in current and future job opportunities;

Ensure the company’s database of candidate records are up-to-date and administer them to complete these records;

Follow up with new and existing candidates and keep them apprised of our latest opportunities;

Profile

+1 year of recruitment experience;Experience with technical or IT recruiting is an advantage;

Experience with LinkedIn recruiter is an advantage;

Target drivenFull proficiency in English;

Out-going personality;

Excellent computer skills;

Attention to detail;

Experience in working to and exceeding targets;

Comfortable in conducting one-on-one interviews and conversations;

Charismatic and professional demeanor;
