The company specializes in building mobile and web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js for clients in Norway, Poland, and the Netherlands. The role involves sourcing candidates for IT and non-IT positions, developing talent pipelines, and participating in culture and people projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment, expertise in sourcing, strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and excellent English proficiency. The position offers a salary range of 7,000 - 12,000 PLN net B2B plus a success fee.

And now let’s go to the regular parts of the job advertisement. We need to provide you with information about the IT Sourcing Specialist's responsibilities at SolveQ. Sooo… here we go!
You, as a future IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

Source candidates for a variety of IT roles, using a broad range of search methods,

Conducting a recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions,

Engage active/passive candidates through channels such as social media, professional networks, university career offices, etc.,

Help to develop talent pipelines and grow internal databases,

Being involved in various Culture and People projects related to ongoing growth and transformation,

Work closely with the Leadership Team.

Requirements
You can be the perfect match for us if you:

Have experience in IT recruitment and the ability to match candidates with projects,

Are an expert in all aspects of sourcing,

Have outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to deliver results,

Are a person with a proactive approach and can work effectively under time pressure,

are a team player who can also plan and deliver independently,

Speak English very well, because it is the main language used in SolveQ.
