Role summary

HackerRank is seeking 10 individuals for its Creator Program to create content focused on next-generation developers, GenAI, and hiring trends. This is a remote, contract role paying $15/hour. Applicants must have 10k+ followers on LinkedIn or X, a focus on tech/development, and be active creators. Responsibilities include posting at least twice weekly and building influence within the developer, tech leader, and recruiter communities. Content should cover how developers learn, build, and get hired, explore GenAI, and simplify complex topics.
