The specialist will also benchmark Hark against competitors, measure the impact of product changes, and assess release readiness. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, root-cause analysis, data-driven decision-making skills, and at least 2 years of experience owning demanding work. Experience with prompt engineering and backgrounds in consulting or investment banking are considered bonuses.
About Hark
Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory.
We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world.
To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems.
About the Role
Hark is a personal AI assistant that handles everyday tasks for people, from booking and buying to planning and keeping track of what matters. We're hiring an AI Product Specialist to own the quality of the experience people have with Hark.
You'll test the product end to end, find where it falls short, and drive the fixes that make it better. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role on a small, new team, and the results of your work will be visible directly in the product.
