We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement for everyday essential consumables.

• Leverage customer insights and performance data to create innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute high-visibility marketing campaigns focused on customer value, convenience, and selection.

• Lead the strategy and execution of new marketing mechanisms to drive habit formation and repeat purchases.

• Partner with vendors and internal teams on joint marketing initiatives and external partnerships.

• Develop financial investment plans and establish success metrics for marketing performance.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience.

• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategy.

• Expertise in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

• Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer product launches.

• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting is preferred.
