We’re looking for a
Marketing Manager
who is
creative, hands-on, and ready to make an impact
. This person will lead and manage all marketing activities, acting as the
steward of the RGC brand
, while also taking a direct role in creating content, managing campaigns, and executing day-to-day marketing tasks.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will
own and execute RGC’s marketing strategy
, overseeing both digital and traditional efforts, brand management, and content creation. This role combines
leadership and creative execution
, requiring a proactive individual who can take initiative, deliver measurable results, and bring fresh energy to RGC’s marketing presence across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as the
brand steward
, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Manage and grow RGC’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and oversee marketing content — including graphics, videos, print materials, and promotional assets
- Manage website content, updates, and SEO performance (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads)
- Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and company promotions
- Capture or direct photography and videography for project showcases and marketing materials
- Track marketing performance and provide clear reporting to leadership
- Manage marketing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships as needed
- Be prepared to provide confident, articulated and high impact presentations to help support executive leadership in making key decisions.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong balance of
strategic leadership
and
hands-on creative execution
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of marketing — from planning and design to delivery
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
- Experience maintaining websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Photography, videography, or trade show coordination experience is an asset
