Marketing Manager Wanted - Make Waves with Wisconsin’s Largest Pier & Lift Dealer!

About the Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind everything that makes people stop and say, “I need that pier or boat lift!” You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive real revenue growth.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):

• Build and launch high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including website, social media, email, online ads, print, direct mail, and exciting local events.
• Create compelling content, videos, brochures, and sales tools that showcase our waterfront solutions and make our products irresistible.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, keep an eye on competitors, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Partner closely with Sales to equip the team with powerful resources that help close more deals.
• Manage budgets effectively while delivering maximum impact.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of solid marketing management experience.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is a strong plus.
• Proven success running multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools (CMS, email platforms, social media, analytics).
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and making things happen.
