Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you'll develop innovative campaigns, manage digital marketing strategies, and help us connect with new audiences while strengthening relationships with our loyal customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to make a sweet impact in the bakery industry.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content creation.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
- Oversee the creation of compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems like WordPress.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance and increase online sales or inquiries.
- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other performance marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), and SEM strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms like Facebook Business Manager and content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates.
- Ability to craft engaging copy for various digital platforms along with graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus for technical optimization tasks.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools to nurture customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including conversion optimization, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics-driven decision making.
