Role summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of project management artifacts including program/project charters, plans (resource, lifecycle, migration, training), communication materials, change management plans, and operationalization plans. They will also produce status reports, presentations, user experience journey maps, issue and change logs, risk analyses, cost estimates, and executive presentations. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in senior project, program, or portfolio management within the last 20 years, with at least 5 years leading IM/IT projects in the last 7 years. Additionally, 2+ years of experience managing programs/projects involving the ServiceNow platform is mandatory. Candidates must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a university degree in project management, along with a college diploma or university degree.

Deliverables:

  • Program/Project Charters and Program/Project Plans.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Must have
15+ years’
experience within the last 20 years in a
Senior Project Management
,
Program Management or Portfolio Management role.
- Must have played a leading role as a Program Manager in at least 5 IM/IT projects in the last 7 years.
- Must have 2+ years of experience managing programs/projects involving the ServiceNow platform.
- Must have a
Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification or a university degree in project management.
- Must have a College Diploma or University Degree.

Assets/Preferences:

- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.
- Experience with the
Federal Government,
Crown Corp or other Public Sector is strongly preferred.
