Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Agent in Stockton, CA, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential with a performance-based compensation package, including a 36-month incentive and enhanced commissions. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, presenting insurance solutions, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess or be able to obtain resident state General Lines licenses for Life & Health and Property & Casualty. This is an in-person, field-based role with no external office requirement.
