Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in New Castle, PA, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential through performance-based compensation, including enhanced commissions and monthly/quarterly incentives for the first 36 months. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, presenting financial solutions, and participating in community and industry events. The position requires obtaining Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses. This is an in-person, field-based role with no external office requirement, offering a unique niche market and a comprehensive product portfolio.
