Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Medina, OH, to support educators by providing affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This role offers performance-based compensation with a significant incentive package for the first 48 months, an exclusive territory, and access to a comprehensive product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and business management skills, a commitment to client success, and the ability to build and manage their agency. Required licenses include Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may also be required. Preferred experience is 2-5 years in the insurance and financial services industry.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
