Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Bellingham, WA, to build their own agency and serve educators. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, an exclusive territory, and dedicated support. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting products, building relationships, and engaging in networking. Required licenses include Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. Preferred experience is 2-5 years in insurance and financial services, with the ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
