Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking a motivated Insurance Producer in Fayetteville, NC, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential with a performance-based compensation package, including enhanced commissions and monthly/quarterly incentives for the first 36 months. You will leverage a niche market, simple product offerings, and a 'One-Stop Shop' multi-line portfolio to build your practice. Responsibilities include solving financial challenges for educators, presenting solutions, participating in events, and building professional connections. A Life & Health and Property & Casualty license, along with a Driver's License, are required.

  • Possess or the ability to obtain resident state General Lines licenses:
