Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in El Paso South/Horizon City, Texas, to serve educators. This role offers competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, a dedicated service representative, an exclusive territory, and ongoing training. Success requires strong interpersonal and business management skills, a commitment to client financial security, market development, relationship building, networking, and obtaining necessary licenses (Life & Health, Property & Casualty, potentially FINRA Series 6 & 63). Preferred experience is 2-5 years in insurance and financial services.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
