Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Lewiston, Idaho, to serve educators by providing affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, a dedicated service representative, and an exclusive territory. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and business management skills, with 2-5 years of preferred experience in insurance and financial services, and possess or be able to obtain necessary licenses (Life, Health, Property, Casualty, and potentially FINRA Series 6 & 63).

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
