Clinical Manager – Behavioral Health Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health
LOCATION: Imind Behavioral Health |Lanham, MD (Prince George's County)
JOB TYPE: Full-time JOB TYPE: Full-time

Lead the child and adolescent clinical team at a CARF-accredited agency that has served Prince George's County for nearly a decade and runs the county's mobile crisis response. iMind offers a full continuum of care, from mobile crisis and urgent care through outpatient therapy and psychiatry, PRP, Mobile Treatment Services, and Child & Adolescent Services, including school-based and transition-age programs, so the youth and families you serve can stay with one agency as their needs change.

This is a working leadership role. You'll carry a caseload, supervise and mentor the C&A team, and own the agency's referral pathway into Mobile Treatment Services and PRP, where many of our clients qualify but too few have been connected. If you want your clinical judgment to shape how an agency works, not just your own caseload, this is that job.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of up to 10 child and adolescent clinicians and support staff, including weekly supervision and clinical sign-off on notes and treatment plans.
  • Monitor clinical productivity, documentation, compliance, and quality of care for the team.
  • Serve as the agency's single point of contact for referrals to Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) agency-wide, for youth and adult clients, screening each referral for eligibility and tracking it through to the first service.
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, pediatricians, psychiatry, and community partners.
  • Support staff development, performance evaluations, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Work with leadership to strengthen service delivery, increase referrals, and grow the program.

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time, in office at our Lanham location, with travel to schools and community sites as needed. The week includes protected administrative time for referral coordination, supervision, and documentation.

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Maryland clinical license (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of Maryland's Public Behavioral Health System, Medicaid, COMAR, and clinical documentation requirements.
  • Working knowledge of MTS and PRP eligibility and medical necessity criteria.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Maryland Board-approved clinical supervisor.
  • Experience with MTS, PRP, crisis stabilization, or community-based behavioral health programs.
  • Experience in clinical quality assurance, program development, and staff supervision.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually, based on education and experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid access to accredited continuing education through Relias, plus professional development support.
  • A leadership seat in a growing agency, with a clear path to broader program leadership.
