Role summary
InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in North Philadelphia. The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Requires an active PT license, BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. A bonus program and benefits are offered.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
