Role summary
InHome Therapy is seeking licensed full-time and part-time Physical Therapists (PT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in the Libertyville area. The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation per Medicare and agency standards. A BLS CPR certification and reliable transportation are required. Basic technology comfort is preferred, with training provided for EMR systems. The position is paid per visit, with a bonus program available.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
