Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in the Northlake area. The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation. Requires an active OT license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. A $15,000 milestone reward program is available.

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70-80 per visit

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

    • Requirements

  • Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
