Role summary
InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) for full-time and part-time home care positions in Chicago's North Shore area. The role involves providing in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, evaluating their condition, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation per Medicare standards, and maintaining reliable transportation. The company offers a flexible schedule, caseload stability, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a bonus program. A BLS CPR certification and basic technology comfort are required.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
