Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home care to adult and geriatric patients in Naples. The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements include an active PT license, BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. Training and mentorship are provided.

IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community

Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals

Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing

BLS CPR certification

Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes

Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
