Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health services in the Highland Park area, treating adult and geriatric patients. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and administrative support. Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services under OT supervision, assisting patients in regaining independence, and completing timely documentation. Requirements include an active COTA license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort (email, texting, EMR systems). Mileage reimbursement and paid training are provided. This position is paid on a per-visit basis.

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
