Role summary

InHome Therapy (IHT) is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the Boca Raton area to provide home health services to adult and geriatric patients. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools. Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy under OT supervision, assisting patients in regaining independence, and completing timely documentation. Candidates must possess an active COTA license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. IHT offers a Milestone Reward Program, medical benefits, PTO, and paid holidays.

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
