Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a home health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the Maywood area to treat adult and geriatric patients. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent caseloads through an agency partner network, and therapy-first clinical and administrative support. Responsibilities include providing home-based physical therapy services under PT supervision, helping patients regain strength and function, and completing timely documentation. A PTA license, BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort are required. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are provided. Compensation is per visit, ranging from $40-$50.

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
