Role summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health roles in the Clearwater area, serving adult and geriatric patients. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and autonomy over your day. Responsibilities include providing home health physical therapy services under PT supervision, completing documentation, and improving patient strength and function. Requirements include an active PTA license, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing mentorship are provided. This role is paid per visit.

  • Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
  • Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

    *This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
