Role summary

IRI is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead group home operations. This role involves staff management, physical plant monitoring, budgeting, incident management, and overseeing personal allowances. Key responsibilities include training and supervising staff, ensuring health and safety, developing individual support plans, managing financial accounts, and overseeing incident reporting and data collection. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, significant experience in residential settings or supervision, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

About IRI

IRI is seeking a driven Residential Program Manager to join our residential services team. As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead the operations of a group home by performing various tasks including staff management, physical plant monitoring, budgeting, incident management and personal allowance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the training, supervision and coaching of residential staff assigned to the group home
  • Ensure the health and safety of the individuals we support as well as employees by enforcing all internal policies and practices
  • In collaboration with the clinical team develop and implement ISP, Res hab plans and plans of protective oversight for the individuals living at the group home
  • Oversee and maintain personal allowance accounts for the people we support
  • Oversee incident management at the program by following internal protocols and implementing QA and IRC recommendations
  • Monitor daily data collection forms and billing related information

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an OPWDD-certified residential setting or 3 year of experience in supervisory experience
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are organized and detail-oriented
  • You are technology savvy
  • You are a strong team player and highly energetic

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
