About the job

As a Program Manager, you will plan and execute professional education speaker programs and peer-to-peer educational activities, working directly with clients, field forces, and healthcare professionals to manage all aspects of these initiatives. You will oversee logistics, contracting, and compliance regulations, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. With excellent communication and project management skills, you will drive program success, manage budgets, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

A day in the life

  • Manage live, virtual, and hybrid events, including virtual platform facilitation and audio-visual equipment arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to schedule services, contracts, and travel, while maintaining accurate databases and records.
  • Process and review HCP honoraria, expense payments, and out-of-pocket reimbursements to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations, including PhRMA code, Sunshine Act, and client-specific HCP reporting, as well as privacy and information security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion, and communicate effectively with field representatives, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee speaker program budgets, database management, and reporting, including program status, evaluation, attendance, and financial tracking, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Business, with 2+ years of related work experience in customer service, meetings/events, or program management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom Meetings, Microsoft Teams, and Workfront.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks, and escalating issues proactively, while demonstrating a client-focused approach to service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and ability to manage budgets, databases, and reports.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, field representatives, and internal stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary

$60,000 to $80,000 annually
