Role summary

Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI) is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to design and deliver innovative business solutions using emerging technologies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology, with a minimum of three years of experience in schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout, as well as hardware testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Desired experience includes six or more years working with DMEA-accredited fabrication houses and four years of specialized experience in thermal management, signal integrity, and undersea sensor systems. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout.• Experience with hardware testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Desired Experience:

Six (6) or more years of experience working with DMEA-accredited fabrication houses.
Four (4) years of documented, specialized engineering experience in thermal management, signal integrity, and undersea sensor systems.

Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
