Role summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Asset Billing Specialist in Reno, NV. This role is responsible for the daily intake and management of vendor invoices, including dispersing out-of-tolerance invoices and ensuring the R&M team receives credits from disputes. The specialist will also ensure no past due invoicing and communicate daily requests and month-end targets to the team. Requires advanced technology understanding in asset management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Position Overview

This individual is responsible for daily intake of all vendor invoicing including the dispersion and communication to all team members for out-of-tolerance invoices. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that the R&M team receives all appropriate credits from invoice disputes.

Principle Accountabilities

Invoice life cycle - up to approval for payment

Disputed over charges

Dispersion of out of tolerance invoicing (quote not matching invoice total)

Ensure accounts have No past due invoicing

Communicates daily request(s) needing to be completed

Communicates month-end targets and provides team updates

Position Requirements

Advanced Technology understanding and competency in asset management systems

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$20-24 hourly + bonus structure
