Role summary
Jetson is seeking a Product Manager for its Agentic Products team to lead the development of AI-powered agents and workflows that automate customer operations. The goal is to significantly reduce the time required for post-sale processes, aiming for completion in under three days with minimal human intervention. This role involves deep collaboration with operations teams, defining autonomous workflows, managing knowledge infrastructure, and pushing reusable capabilities into a shared platform. The ideal candidate is an AI-native product leader with experience in agentic systems, workflow automation, and LLM operations, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in systems thinking and stakeholder management. A minimum of 5 years of product management experience is required, with a preference for experience in building agentic loops.
About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity:
We're building the agentic products that runs Jetson's customer operations — and we need a product leader for it. As a Product Manager on the Agentic Products team, your customers are Jetson's own operations teams. You'll sit with them, learn their work deeply, and define the agents and workflows that change how they operate.
The goal is aggressive: take a post-sale process that typically takes the industry 30+ days and compress it to under three, with the majority of routine work running without a human touch. You'll own the product surface of that system and the agent and workflow definitions that make the autonomy real.
The mission underneath it has real leverage: every automated workflow means more homes going electric faster, which is one of the biggest levers on emissions.
