Product Designer (UX/UI)
We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer with 8 years of experience designing scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can independently own the end-to-end design process, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate user insights into intuitive, accessible, and high-impact product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for product features, from discovery through final delivery
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
• Utilize and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers on roadmap planning and technical feasibility
• Incorporate stakeholder, research, and analytics insights into design decisions
• Review UI implementation and partner with development teams to ensure design quality
• Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows and optimize user experiences
• Continuously improve design efficiency, usability, and product consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics-informed design
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping workflows
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
