Supply Chain Coordinator

Kahala, a globally recognized leader in quick-service restaurant franchising, has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join its corporate team in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kahala franchisees and partners operate a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, including Cold Stone Creamery, Baja Fresh, Pinkberry, Wetzel’s Pretzels and sweetFrog.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and manage data 
• Assist with reports and data when needed
• Maintenance of the distribution reporting files 
• Perform account reconciliations
• Generate invoices
• Process payments and cash application
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Organized self-starter with ability to prioritize is required and possess a strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Strategic and fast-paced thinker who quickly establishes and maintains credibility and trust. 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Data Entry
• Accounting experience preferred
• Quick-service restaurant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, (i.e. Excel and Word)
