Role summary

Milling Services is seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join their team. The role involves operating the milling machine, collaborating with supervisors on daily plans and safety procedures, and performing general duties related to asphalt paving and prep. Responsibilities also include essential equipment maintenance such as cleaning and fluid level checks. A strong understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements is crucial, with a priority on ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members. Clear communication with other crew members is expected. Prior asphalt milling experience is preferred, along with a valid Driver's License. A Class A CDL is a plus.

Keeley Construction is looking to hire an experienced Milling Machine Operator to add to their Milling Services team in Phoenix, Arizona.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate the milling machine.

Discuss plans and goals for the day's work with supervisor and determine the best and safest method for completing the assigned work.

General duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.

Perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and maintain fluid levels on equipment.

Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and Company safety requirements.

Operates equipment with priority to making the job safe for all persons working around the equipment.

Communicates clearly with other crew members.

Minimum Qualifications

Prior Asphalt Milling experience on an asphalt crew preferred.

Valid Driver's License.

Class A CDL preferred.
