Role summary

KeyData is seeking a SailPoint Delivery Manager for a 12-month remote contract role. This position focuses on overseeing SailPoint Identity Security projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing project execution, financial performance, resource planning, and client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in project or delivery management. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills are essential. Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityIQ, or other IAM/IGA solutions is preferred. The role offers an hourly rate of $70–$77 CAD.

We are currently looking for a SailPoint Delivery Manager to join KeyData’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, delivery teams, sales, and leadership, managing project execution, financial performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role requires a strong combination of delivery management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning skills. What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements

Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, issues, and escalations

Partner with Sales and Account teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to support project scoping and delivery planning

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and status reports

Monitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Collaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Leadership to align staffing strategies with project requirements

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Provide regular executive-level updates on project health, delivery performance, and customer success metrics

Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success

Identify opportunities to expand services, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth initiatives

Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance standards, and operational best practices

Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management across customer engagements

Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support

Foster a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture focused on accountability and customer success

Who We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organization

Minimum 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience

Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements

Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations

Experience collaborating with Sales teams on project scoping, estimation, and delivery planning

Strong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience presenting project updates, business reviews, and delivery metrics to leadership teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred

English language proficiency required

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience delivering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ (IIQ), or other IAM/IGA solutions

Experience managing cybersecurity, identity governance, or cloud transformation programs

PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications

Familiarity with IAM concepts including Identity Governance, Access Management, Provisioning, and RBAC

Experience working with enterprise customers across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, or Education sectors

Knowledge of SaaS delivery models, professional services operations, and customer success frameworks

Experience with resource management, utilization planning, and services profitability management

ITIL, CISSP, or other technology and security certifications

Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams

Compensation: The hourly rate range for this position is $70–$77 CAD per hour. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, overall fit for the role, and expected ramp-up time. This is a 12-month, full-time contract role, working 40 hours a week.
