Role summary
We are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead clients in moving from AI ambition to AI-native execution. This role requires a blend of structured consulting judgment and hands-on fluency in agentic AI systems, modern technology architecture, and analytical problem-solving. You will scope problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and translate findings into client recommendations. A key aspect of this role involves operating as a builder, directly using, managing, and improving AI agents to accelerate workflows, enhance quality, and deliver tangible client value. Success demands an AI-native approach, comfort with AI tools and human-in-the-loop workflows, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to prototype and operationalize AI-enabled solutions. You will also prepare high-quality deliverables and manage workstreams with strong ownership.

About the Engagement Manager – Data & AI Strategy Role
This role will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will scope ambiguous business problems, develop testable hypotheses, conduct rigorous analysis, and translate findings into clear client-ready recommendations. Just as importantly, you will operate as a builder: using, managing, and improving AI agents as part of the delivery team to accelerate workflows, raise quality, and create tangible client value.
This is not a traditional strategy consulting role with AI as an additional topic. Success requires being AI-native and high comfort working directly with AI tools, managing human-in-the-loop workflows, and partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to prototype and operationalize AI-enabled solutions.
