The Sales Coordinator is responsible for scheduling approved estimates and bids for both the Jetting and Repair Departments. This role works closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and communicated effectively.

Two years of experience in scheduling jobs, administrative, and proposal support.

Ability to respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.

Experience with handling customer requests and prioritizing service needs.

Proficient in converting project estimates into sales.

Excellent follow-up communication through phone and email.
