Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Program Manager located in Orange County, CA. The Program Manager will oversee and lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also involves managing customer relationships, ensuring requirements are met, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program and project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and relationship-building
- Technical knowledge of power distribution assemblies and control components is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Orange County, CA, and travel occasionally as required
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries is highly desirable
