Role summary
The Brick is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants for its booming home furnishings retail locations across Canada. This role focuses on customer service and relationship selling in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and working collaboratively with team members. Qualifications include a high school diploma, excellent communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This vital quality allows you to be a team oriented individual who enjoys:

Compensation:
This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultants will receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wage is paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
