The Opportunity :

We are in search for our newest SKS Showroom - Guest Relations Coordinator for our Napa Valley - Experience and Design Center - Showroom.

The Guest Relations Coordinator ensures a welcoming showroom experience while supporting events, reservations, customer records, and sales operations.

The role combines guest service, coordination, administration, and showroom presentation.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable showroom experience.

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after showroom visits.

Coordinate hospitality needs, including refreshments, catering, dietary accommodations, and special requests.

Maintain a customer-first approach and ensure all guests receive exceptional service.

Scheduling & Event Coordination

Schedule showroom tours, product demonstrations, training sessions, meetings, and special events.

Manage showroom calendars and coordinate logistics with internal teams, presenters, chefs, and external partners.

Confirm attendance, communicate event details, and provide timely follow-up with guests and stakeholders.

Reservation & Attendee Management

Maintain accurate attendee lists and event registrations.

Track RSVPs, guest communications, and event participation.

Prepare guest itineraries, name tags, sign-in materials, and event documentation as needed.

CRM & Administrative Support

Maintain customer, designer, builder, architect, and distributor records within CRM systems.

Enter, update, and manage guest and event data accurately.

Generate reports and assist with customer engagement tracking.

Provide administrative support for showroom operations and sales activities.

Event Logistics & Follow-Up

Coordinate event setup and breakdown activities.

Assist with preparation of training materials, presentations, and showroom displays.

Conduct post-event follow-up communications, surveys, and reporting.

Track event outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Showroom Readiness & Presentation

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.

Coordinate with vendors and facility teams as needed to maintain showroom standards.

Assist with merchandising updates, signage, and promotional materials.

Sales & Team Support

Support showroom staff with customer communications and appointment preparation.

Coordinate appliance selection documentation, product literature, and information requests.

Assist with lead management and customer follow-up activities.

Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and showroom leadership to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Must be prepared to be the SKS Brand Ambassador at The Mart and immediately become an appliance and home living solutions subject matter expert (on SKS) to be an integral part of all training activities onsite

Must be proficient in MS Office (eg. Excel and PPT) and familiar with CRM nomenclature

Other duties as needed

Minimum 3 years of experience with a luxury brand, in or related to the appliance industry and/or luxury showroom or luxury retail store experience

Recruiting Range$83,000—$89,000 USD
