Role summary

LRCE is seeking a Program Manager to oversee educator support programs, focusing on helping coaches and instructors guide teachers through training, coaching, and program completion. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day program delivery, supporting participants, tracking progress, and organizing program materials. The Program Manager will also contract with and oversee adjunct instructors and coaches, ensuring they are trained on program materials and requirements. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in education or related fields, with strong skills in program management, instructional support, and data tracking. Proficiency in standard office software and virtual communication tools is essential.

LRCE is hiring a Program Manager to oversee educator support programs.

This role focuses on helping coaches and instructors effectively coach program participants (teachers and teacher candidates) move successfully through training, coaching, and program completion.

What this job looks like:

This position helps run a program that is delivered largely through online instruction, virtual coaching, and structured feedback.

The person in this role helps participants stay on track, supports coaches and adjunct instructors, monitors progress, and keeps program materials organized and up to date in online systems.

The role also includes some in-person meetings, training, and travel.

Main duties (overview):

  • Manage day-to-day program delivery
  • Support participants through training and coaching
  • Ability to contract with, manage and oversee adjunct (part-time) instructors and coaches effectively
  • Understand program requirements necessary for certification and graduation, and train coaches and instructors on course and program materials
  • Track participation and progress data
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, or related field
  • At least five years of professional experience in teaching, instructional coaching, or educator preparation, including meaningful experience working with adult learners and coordinating or managing coaches and instructors responsible for supporting teachers through training, coaching, and professional learning.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, CRM systems, and Zoom or Teams
