Role summary

The client is seeking a Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role involves access and permission management, environment upkeep, patching, and complex incident resolution. It also covers data flows for personalization, consent management, and ecosystem integrations. Contributing to new capabilities and the Martech roadmap is part of the role, but operations are the primary focus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience administering enterprise, data, or Martech platforms, with direct AEP or CDP administration experience being highly desirable. Cloud experience is also an asset.

The client is looking for the person who keeps Adobe Experience Platform running, day to day. The title says "analyst", but the content describes a platform administrator: access and permission management, environment upkeep, patching, complex incident resolution. The role also covers the data flows that feed personalization, consent management and integrations with the rest of the ecosystem. Contributing to new capabilities and to the Martech roadmap is part of the role, but it comes on top of operations rather than replacing them.
